Personal Data Processing Policy


The following personal data protection policy applies to all personal data collected by the controller on the basis of the fulfilment of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent granted, via websites or other sources, and describes the methods of use and protection of personal data by the controller.

Legislation
The controller processes the user's personal data provided by telephone, in person, in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Scope of data processed by the controller
First name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail, ID number, VAT number and other related communication, information and documents provided by the user to the controller in the course of providing services.

Retention period of
personal data The controller processes and stores personal data for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations of the user and for the period during which the controller is obliged to store the data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
The controller transfers the user's personal data to third parties only if required by other legal regulations; if it is necessary to provide a product or service; or on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest. The transfer of personal data always takes place on the basis of a legal regulation or on the basis of a contract with a third party that provides sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data.

User rights
Right of access to personal data - the user has the right to obtain information from the controller about whether it processes their personal data and, if so, what data is involved and how it is processed. The user also has the right to have the controller correct inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay at their request. The user has the right to supplement incomplete personal data at any time.

Right to erasure of personal data – the user has the right to request the controller to erase or destroy their personal data that the controller processes about the user, provided that certain conditions are met and the user requests it.

Right to restriction of processing of personal datathe user has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of the user's personal data in certain cases. The user has the right to object at any time to processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller, a third party, or necessary

for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority. Right to data portability – the user has the option to obtain the personal data they have provided to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format. They may then transfer this data to another controller or, if technically possible, request that the controllers transfer it between themselves.

Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, either in whole or in part. Consent may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the controller's address or email address. The controller may only process personal data to the extent necessary for the legal reasons for processing, i.e. in particular when fulfilling its legal obligations or for the purposes of protecting rights and legal claims.

If a user has doubts about the processing of their personal data by the controller, they may lodge a complaint directly with the controller or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection or a court.


Cookies

What are cookies?

Text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you start using them.
